Emmy 528 Report post Posted August 3, 2014 Hi Baz, I really don't know what is required for a first class showbird apart from the fact they are larger than the normal finch so I cant comment on the exhibition standard but what I can say is you have two bonny birds there and the hen is sitting there looking so proud of herself. Hi Emmy. believe it or not there is no requirement for size on the show bench, a polished pair in great feather and condition who closely match each other and go some way towards the standard should do better than a larger pair of lesser birds.
